Vedrana belongs to a food-loving family. She participated in many cooking classes in Croatia and around the world. Her grandparents had a farm. All the fruits and vegetables were from their garden. “We were always great lovers of seasonal products. We never pumped flavors, and we concentrated on what’s natural. That is the philosophy I am trying to duplicate in our charters.”
She always strives to tell the world about how good Croatian wine is. As a wine lover, she is enrolled in the third level of the London wine school WSET. While living in Toronto and Vancouver, she gained sommelier experience working in fine dining restaurants Auberge du Pommier and L’Abattoir. She is a wine consultant for several crewed boats, private yachts, and companies. · Safety Training Certificate – Standards of training, certification and watchkeeping (STCW VI/1)
· Licensed Tourist Guide
· Licensed Travel Agency Office Manager
· Certification Level 2 with Wine & Spirits Education Trust of London
· Languages: native Croatian, fluent English, conversational Spanish, basic German
