Split round trip
Welcome aboard to your home for the next 8 days! You’ll start this beautiful Split round-trip tour with delicious Croatian welcome bubbles. Then we’ll take a tour of your sailing yacht.
After drinks and the yacht tour, we’ll start sailing to our first destination.
Our first destination is the island of Brač. It’s famous for its 3000-year-old history. It’s the tallest island in Croatia and the largest of the central Croatian islands. Brač is home of exquisite marble and limestone. You can taste some of the best olive oils in the world here.
Brač is known for great wine. There are several award-winning wineries on Brač Island. Each winemaker has a great passion and unique story behind every bottle of wine they produce.
Here you can taste different indigenous Croatian wine varieties. Expand your wine knowledge with a glass of Plavac mali, Crljenak, Vugava, or Pošip. Compare your local Chardonnay with the one produced on Brač.
We know you want to swim as soon as possible.
After approximately two hours of sailing, you will swim in the crystal clear Sea. Mesmerizing orange and magenta sunset follows right after swimming.
The sunsets here are astonishing. There are many delightful restaurants in the area. We have firsthand experience, and you can rely on our advice for choosing the one that suits you the best.
Good morning!
Believe us that there’s nothing better than a swim before you even brush your teeth. We advocate jumping in the Sea as soon as you wake up.
After swimming, enjoy a healthy breakfast of your choice. We’ll start sailing toward the Paklinski islands. Travellers know them as Hells islands.
Hells islands are a captivating archipelago of the renowned Hvar Island. It’s a group of 7 islands, and all are gorgeous. You will discover a true nautical paradise with its many bays and coves. Here is our spot for lunch and sea activities.
After lunch, we will sail for about two hours to our final destination for the day- the small island of Šćedro. It’s not easy to pronounce, but it’s so easy to enjoy yourself here.
Sailing to this stunning destination is breathtaking. You can enjoy the view of the best wine-producing locations on the island of Hvar.
Šćedro has magical bays with crystal clear sea and exploding colors. Only 20 people live here. Can you imagine how peaceful it is?
This evening we will organize a wine tasting on your sailing yacht. We made a selection of the best wines from Croatia. You will get tasting notes and a story behind each wine. In that way, you can get familiar with the terroir and history behind the wines. Isn’t this a perfect way to end your second day of the Split-round trip tour?
Your skipper will start the day earlier, but you can sleep tight.
When you wake up, breakfast, coffee, healthy and refreshing juices will be ready for the best start of the day.
We will anchor for swimming in a bay where the sea is turquoise and crystal clear. It’s so clear that you don’t have to dive to see the bottom. For lunch, your hostess/cook will prepare authentic, fresh, Croatian meals like every day.
The final stop is a charming village where it feels like time stopped years ago. Slow, peaceful, and relaxing. The Mediterranean as it used to be.
Here you will go on a wine tour where you will feel part of the place, not a spectator. Your camera will be full of pictures and videos. The scenery is divine- photogenic rolling hills filled with mesmerizing vineyards. This experience includes a guided tour with the winemaker. You will relish a 4-course meal with only local and organic food in the middle of paradise. Wine pairing includes five different ecological wines.
Cheers! Živjeli!
The plan for the fourth day of your private Split round-trip sailing tour is very relaxing. Prepare for sunbathing, swimming, cold Croatian sparkling wine on ice, and enjoying the surroundings.
We will sail towards Korčula, known as ˝little Dubrovnik˝. With the ancient architecture, tall city walls, and so much greenery Korčula will sweep you off your feet. The swimming spot of the day is one of our favorite bays in the area.
Two unique grape varieties are growing on this island; Pošip and Grk. The plan is for you to taste Grk in one of the best local wineries that produce it. You will try different types of wine. There will be a snack after each wine to cleanse your palate. After wine tasting, we recommend exploring the city. Wander through the streets, navigate the little alleys, and explore all the squares.
Enjoy live music; discover marvellous and traditional restaurants that Korčula offers.
Today we will start sailing early in the morning towards the intact island Vis. It remained intact because it was a military island forbidden for visitors for a long time. The absence of hotels, resorts, and massive tourism makes Vis outstanding and memorable.
Our swimming spot for the day is a small island that is reachable only by boat. It lures visitors with the beautiful and untouched environment. The Sea is paradisiacal, and the smell of lush green pine trees is irresistible.
Along with the beautiful beaches, bays, and coves, Vis offers endless possibilities.
Discovery tours and military tours for those who like exploring and history. Rent a bicycle or motorbike options for more active travellers. Gastronomy and wine experiences for those who aim for hedonism. Museums and sightseeing for those who like relaxing walks around the city. Vis delivers the best diving locations in the Mediterranean, for beginners or experienced divers.
Here you can try delicious traditional dish ˝Peka˝. Peka is a slowly cooked meat or fish dish.
It’s prepared with vegetables under the iron bell, in a fireplace. Before Peka, as an aperitif, a local grapa is a must. Peka pairs well with several autochthones grapes from this island. Since you will be in a family-run restaurant and vineyard, you can indulge in homemade wine and olive oil. You will have a local experience which you will remember for a long time.
On the sixth day of your private Split round trip tour, we’ll have breakfast on the stunning island of Vis. After Vis, we’re going to one of the oldest settlements in Croatia- Starigrad. A harbor so safe that even ancient Greeks made it their home. On our way to Starigrad, we will anchor for lunch and swimming. This stop will be in one of the most beautiful bays of the island Hvar.
The vineyards in this area produce some of the best wines in Croatia. We organized a wine tasting only a short ride away in an esteemed winery. You can even dress up in a toga and feel like a roman while tasting divine wines.
This experience includes a professional guide, winery tour, tasting of 6 different wines, and local snacks. The evening is perfect for a relaxing dinner and strolling through lovely Starigrad. If you feel like partying, the town of Hvar is a twenty-minute taxi ride away.
Our
Our seventh Split round trip sailing day will start with yet another delicious breakfast. From Starigrad we will sail to Bol and anchor in front of the spectacular Golden horn beach. It’s the most unique beach in Croatia. The beach’s ever-changing shape is formed by sea currents and wind conditions.
After visiting the Golden horn beach, we will fuel up the yacht. Our stop for lunch and swimming is a picturesque bay perfect for relaxing.
Our final destination is the town of Split. Before sunset, we will dock in the marina. For your last evening, you can choose to visit Split or Trogir, walk around and explore UNESCO protected heritage. Of course, you can stay on your yacht or walk around the marina, as well.
Any way you decide to spend the evening, make sure to have a glass of Zinfandel wine. Zinfandel is actually an old indigenous Croatian grape variety that grows in Split area. Everyone in Croatia knows it as Tribidrag since at least the 15th century.
Coffee time and check out until 9 am.
